1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, EVOLVE Nutrition does notaccept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used supplement products
- Products with broken safety seals or damaged packaging not caused during shipping
- Sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, or final sale items
- Gift cards, if applicable
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), including packaging if applicable
If we determine that the product was damaged in transit, defective, or that we sent the wrong item, EVOLVE Nutrition will, at its discretion:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
4. Refunds for Approved Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Please allow 5–10 business daysfor the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
- The product was confirmed defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as EVOLVE Nutrition is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refused Deliveries / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned to EVOLVE Nutrition as undeliverable:
- A refund may be issued for the product cost only once the package is returned and inspected
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Any return-to-sender fees or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable
7. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
If EVOLVE Nutrition offers subscription or auto-ship orders:
- Subscription orders may be canceled at any time before the next billing date
- Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it is subject to this Refund Policy
- Opened supplement products from subscription orders are not eligible for return or refund
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact EVOLVE Nutrition first so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may require additional order verification documentation.
9. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact EVOLVE Nutrition customer support and include the following:

- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.
